  • WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK?
    A valid driver's license, minimum age of 21 years, full coverage insurance (collision and comprehensive) that covers the cost of the vehicle, and a credit or debit card for payment
  • WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE?
    If you do not have full coverage, our Rental Car Damage Protection add-on provides additional protection for the rental vehicle, specifically covering damages to your rental vehicle from collisions. Our insurance is secondary, meaning it only covers the rental vehicle if a collision occurs and your insurance acts as the primary.
  • DO I STILL NEED PERSONAL CAR INSURANCE IF I OPT IN FOR THE RENTAL CAR DAMAGE PROTECTION?
    Yes, our Rental Car Damage Protection add-on is an additional form of protection but is not an insurance policy. We still require all renters to have a current and active policy with at least minimum liability insurance
  • CAN I ADD AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER TO MY RENTAL?
    Yes, you can add an additional driver who is not listed in your personal auto insurance policy, such as a friend instead of a spouse or family member. This allows them to drive the rental vehicle with full coverage for $29/day. The additional driver must meet the same rental requirements as the primary driver. ​
  • WHAT IF MY INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE IS OVER 2,500?
    If your insurance deductible is over $2,500, we will require you to purchase our Rental Car Collision Damage Insurance add-on.
  • DO YOU HAVE ANY EXTRA HIDDEN FEES?
    Unlike big corporate rental companies, we don't believe in piling hidden fees or unnecessary charges, The fee we include are essential to remain compliant, legal, and operationally effective. This allows us to continue providing the best service while keeping our pricing transparent and straightforward.​​​ Here is a transparent breakdown of our fees: ​Sales Tax (11.5%) The sales tax is a standard charge applied to all car rental transactions. This 11.5% fee is a requirement in MD/VA/DC, and is added to the total cost of your rental.​ VLS Tax (5%) The vehicle License Surcharge (VLS) Tax is a fee of 5% that helps cover the costs associated with vehicle registration, licensing, and compliance with state regulations. This tax is mandatory and ensures that our vehicles remain legally compliant and road-ready for your convenience. ​ Processing Fee (3.5%) The processing fee is a 3.5% and is applied to cover administrative costs associated with managing your rental. This fee helps us maintain high-quality service, from booking and billing to customer support and vehicle maintenance.   • INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESS RENTALS?
    For business rentals, the business must add the rented vehicle to their policy. Proof of coverage for the company and all its employees/contractors must be provided before the rental. This coverage must include comprehensive and collision for the rental vehicle and any vehicle/property damage in case of an accident.
  • DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY SERVICE?
    We offer delivery and pick-up across the Northern Va, Washington DC, and Maryland for a fee. Message us for rates.
  • HOW MANY MILES ARE INCLUDED WITH MY RENTAL?
    For most rentals 100-150 miles are included per day and vary per vehicle. Any additional miles will be charged at $1.50-3.0 per mile depending on vehicle.
  • WHAT IS YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
    A standard $500 deposit will be requested on the day of your rental and will be charged on your debit/credit card until the return of the vehicle. The deposit will be refunded after the return of the rental vehicle, less any incidental charges incurred (gas, additional miles, tolls, unpaid citations, insurance deductible, rental extensions, or all other applicable fees per the accepted terms of the rental agreement).​ Higher end exotic cars require a $1000 security deposit.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    There are no cancellation fees for reservations canceled more than 72 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation will be penalized with 25% of the reservation total.
  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUELING/RECHARGING POLICY?
    Refueling of gas and recharging of electric vehicles is the renter’s responsibility. If the vehicle is not refueled/charged to the level it was given, a fee of 2x the price of gas/electricity will be charged + a 30$ fee penalty. Our Quick Refuel & Recharge Return add-on option allows you to return the rental vehicle without a full tank of gas or a full charge for a one-time $89 fee. This add-on is perfect for those who want a hassle-free return process.
  • DO YOU OFFER PICK-UP OR DROP-OFF OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS?
    Yes, we accommodate rentals after normal business hours for a nominal fee. Our business hours are Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
  • DO YOU OFFER ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE?
    Yes, we offer 24/7 roadside assistance for all our rental vehicles. If you encounter any issues during your rental period, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • DO YOU OFFER MILITARY DISCOUNT?
    We offer 10% off rentals for any military. Please contact us here for the coupon code.
